Advisor's Welcome

Welcome to the academic advising website of the Department of Economics (ECN) at Arizona State University. The department is administratively located in the W. P. Carey School of Business and offers the Bachelor of Science in Economics degree within this school. Academic advising for students who wish to pursue an economics degree within the School of Business are advised in the Undergraduate Programs Office of the W.P. Carey School. Contact that office to locate your academic advisor.

The Department of Economics also offers the B.S. degree through the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (CLAS). Academic advising for students in these degree programs is provided by Dr. Cara McDaniel (CPCOM 430A) and Alexia Shonteff (CPCOM 430B). They may be reached at ECNadvising@asu.edu.

This advising web site has been developed to assist a number of students, but it is specifically targeted to those who choose to earn their B.S. degree in Economics through the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
